KAC Resonator Delete (Mid Box) for MINI F56 F57 Cooper S or JCW Model

Only suitable for models pre PPF 2014-2018

Once your car is on a ramp you will see the centre silencer/resonator you will need to cut this with a hack saw or suitable tool as close to the box as possible and then unbolt the other end from the downpipe to remove that section. Once removed test fit the new piece to make sure it fits to the desired length any excess simply trim away from the existing exhaust leaving the purchased de res pipe in one piece. You will notice it has slits where it clamps please ensure your standard exhaust slides past these so you have no issues of blowing. Exhaust is supplied with two Mikalor exhaust clamps, which are of a very high quality. Simply tighten these and the job is almost done, while the car is on the ramp start it up and check for any blowing and re tighten clamp if necessary once warm.

The exhaust is made from T304 Stainless Steel with a 2mm wall, so very good quality.
